I’m a Business Psychologist, Yoga Coach and Wellness Expert. I help you manage chronic stress through mindful movement – so that you too can welcome back calm and flow into your life.

Throughout my childhood and teenage years I was always incredibly active; I was an elite acrobatic gymnast and devoted my life to the sport from a young age. Early on I learnt the power of our brains and how most of the time we can go far beyond what we ourselves ever believe to be possible. This seed of intrigue led me along a path to studying psychology. Whilst at university I decided to take up yoga and mindfulness. I retired from gymnastics at this point due to academic constraints and various injuries, and I wanted to find a way to stay active, manage stress and just let go from daily life.

Through my own varied academic, sporting and corporate experiences, I have grown to be passionate about empowering others to find their balance in life, both at work and in their personal lives. I aim to provide you with the tools to make lifestyle choices today, that will set you up for a future full of health and vitality.
