Vanessa Frei studied psychology at the University of Zurich and is currently working on her PhD in the field of "Computational Neuroscience of Speech and Hearing". In the course of this, she is primarily concerned with age-related hearing loss and its influences on the brain.

In addition to her education, she was employed in the event and marketing sector for many years, mainly doing seminars, lectures and guided tours.
