Bodytoning is a varied, effective full-body workout.  With different exercises, your muscles are strengthened, your body is toned and your cardiovascular system is improved. Exercises with different levels of difficulty are offered, so that there is something for everyone. The focus is on strengthening your muscles. Aids such as dumbbells, tubes, theraband or step are optional and can be used to vary the intensity.
