Strong Back
Strong Back strengthens the back and abdominal muscles with a targeted combination of strengthening and flexibility exercises. The focus is on the deep-seated muscle structures for a healthy posture and more stability in everyday life and sports. Strong Back is particularly well suited to prevent poor posture and overstraining. Strengthening, mobilization, stretching and balancing exercises can prevent back pain and posture problems. The exercises are designed to be particularly beginner-friendly and are performed with the participant's own body weight.
